  • Whole-Grain Pasta1× cup (80 g)

  • Tuna, canned in brine, drained2× tablespoon (60 g)

  • Butter1× teaspoon (5 g)

How to make Pasta bake with tuna and spinach

  1. 1. Line a casserole dish with butter.

  2. 2. Boil the pasta al dente, place the drained tuna, spinach and sliced mushrooms in the casserole dish

  3. 3. Season with salt, pepper and chilli. Place in a pre-heated oven (180 Celsius) for around 20 minutes

  4. 4. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 5 minutes
