How to make Pasta with peppers and ginger

  1. 1. Finely dice the pepper and onion, press the garlic and finely grate the ginger.

  2. 2. Heat some oil in a pan and glaze the onions in it, add the garlic and ginger then briefly simmer.

  3. 3. Add the peppers and pasta, pour in the broth and boil for 20 minutes.
