  • Whole-Grain Pasta5× tablespoon (50 g)
  • Carrot1× piece (50 g)
  • Olives4× piece (12 g)

How to make Pasta with vegetables and chicken

  1. 1. Dice the meat and rub it with Provençal herbs, salt and pepper. Place in boiling water and boil for a few minutes

  2. 2. Divide the carrot, cauliflower and broccoli into smaller pieces and boil or steam them

  3. 3. Mix the cooked pasta with the vegetables, olives and meat, and pour whisked egg over it

  4. 4. Season with chilli and rosemary

  5. 5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C for around 20 minutes
