  • Whole-Grain Pasta5× tablespoon (50 g)
  • Water5× tablespoon (50 ml)
  • Soya cream for cooking 15%4× tablespoon (40 ml)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Dill, fresh3× teaspoon (9 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Pasta with white asparagus, turkey and dill

  1. 1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.

  2. 2. Wash and dice the turkey, then fry it in oil along with the finely chopped onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and stir from time to time.

  3. 3. Meanwhile, peel the asparagus and cut off the hard ends. Cut them into small pieces and fry them together with the turkey for around 3 minutes with some water added. Add the soya cream and cook for about another 5 min.

  4. 4. Finally, add the pasta and mix it in with all the other ingredients. Serve garnished with chopped dill.
