How to make Pizza with Camembert, Pear, and Honey

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. 2. Mix the flour (without one tablespoon), skyr, salt, and baking powder, then knead and form a ball. Roll out the dough, using the remaining flour for dusting.

  3. 3. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. 4. Mix the tomato paste with water and chili powder, and spread it over the dough.

  5. 5. Slice the mozzarella and camembert. Slice the onion into wedges. Wash, peel, and quarter the pear, remove the seeds, then slice it thinly. Arrange the ingredients on the dough. Drizzle with honey.

  6. 6. Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes. If a bubble forms during baking, prick it.

  7. 7. Before serving, sprinkle with oregano.
