How to make Potato, mushroom and ham omelette

  1. 1. Boil and drain the potatoes, then chop them into small pieces

  2. 2. Slice the mushrooms and stew in a small amount of water, seasoning with pepper

  3. 3. Combine the mushrooms wit the potatoes, sliced ham and peas

  4. 4. Mix the eggs together with a little water, pepper and salt. Pour into a heated pan. Once the omelette is fried, place the potato mass on top and fold it in half
