How to make Potato, pickled cucumber and dill salad

  1. 1. Wash, peel and boil the potatoes until they are soft but not falling apart. Once boiled, set aside to cool.

  2. 2. Dice the cucumber and chop the dill.

  3. 3. Dice the potatoes into medium-sized pieces, then mix the together with the remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt, pepper and mustard.
