  • Salt500× teaspoon (1500 g)
  • Prawns2× cup (200 g)
  • Lemon3× slice (30 g)

How to make Prawns in salt

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 190 °C.

  2. 2. Pour the lemon juice onto the salt and mix well. If using ordinary coarse kitchen salt, add a little water and lemon, more or less the same amount as the lemon juice.

  3. 3. Put some of the salt into a casserole dish, then place the washed prawns on top, and add more salt.

  4. 4. Place in the preheated oven for around 15 minutes.

  5. 5. When taking it out, quickly remove the salt and clean off any excess from each piece.
