  • Skyr, Icelandic yoghurt3× tablespoon (45 g)

How to make Quick and easy salad with beef, cucumber and tomato

  1. 1. Fry the beef in olive oil and season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Once the meat is cooked, set it aside to cool.

  2. 2. Wash the vegetables, then slice the cucumber as thinly as possible (use a mandoline or grater if you like) and dice the tomato. Chop the dill.

  3. 3. Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, skyr and ketchup together.

  4. 4. In a bowl, mix the cucumber, tomato, beef, sauce and chopped dill.
