How to make Red lentils buns
1. Soak lentils over the night in room temperature water. Rinse them the next day in cold water until is clear. Add them to the food processor with 2 eggs and cottage cheese. Blend together and split equally through the muffins tray. Bake in 170 celcius for about 40 min. Serve with favourites ingredients.
