  • Wholemeal tortilla wrap1× slice (40 g)

  • Lettuce5× leaf (25 g)
  • Thyme, fresh2× leaf (6 g)

How to make Roasted courgette, smoked salmon and cocktail tomato wrap

  1. 1. Finely chop the garlic, then mix in with the yoghurt. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.

  2. 2. Wash the courgette and cut it into 1 cm slices, season with salt and pepper, then bake in an oven pre-heated to 180 C for approx. 7 min.

  3. 3. Place the tortilla in a heated grill pan, spread yoghurt sauce over the entire surface and start to arrange the lamb’s lettuce, courgette, tomato halves and salmon.

  4. 4. Fold the bottom of the tortilla in first, then the sides. When you have done this, turn it over for a moment to brown on the other side.
