How to make Scrambled eggs with cheese and courgette

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a glass, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly

  2. 2. Dice the courgette into medium pieces. Transfer it to a heated pan, cover it half way with water and stew for around 5 minutes

  3. 3. Add the butter and beaten eggs to the courgette, then stir until the scrambled eggs have completely set

  4. 4. Remove the eggs from the hob, add the cheese and mix it in. Wait until it melts
