How to make Seafood in white wine sauce

  1. 1. Finely chop the parsley and garlic. Wash the lemon thoroughly and cut it into quarters.

  2. 2. Heat the olive oil up in a pan. Fry the garlic and half of chopped parsley (keep the rest for decoration) until it browns (make sure it doesn’t burn, as that will spoil the flavour of the whole dish).

  3. 3. Put the shrimps and mussels in a pan, and fry them for about a minute on each side.

  4. 4. Cover them all with white wine and stir. Bring to the boil so that the alcohol partially evaporates.

  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper then boil for another 2 min.

  6. 6. Eat sprinkled with lemon and garnished with chopped parsley.
