How to make Shakshuka with Salmon, Spinach, and Avocado

  1. 1. Chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in a pan with olive oil. Once the onion is translucent, add the washed spinach and sauté until it wilts.

  2. 2. Add the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes.

  3. 3. Place pieces of salmon on the tomatoes and crack the eggs on top. Cover the pan, reduce the heat, and simmer until the eggs are set but the yolks are still runny.

  4. 4. In the meantime, dice the avocado.

  5. 5. Place the avocado on the finished shakshuka.
