How to make Shrimps in butter with garlic and sunflower seeds

  1. 1. Heat half of the butter in a pan and fry the garlic. After about a minute, add the shrimps

  2. 2. Pour in 1/2 of the broth, cover with a lid and stew until nearly half of the liquid has evaporated

  3. 3. Reduce the heat, turn the shrimps over and fry for another minute

  4. 4. Remove from the heat, salt and add the rest of the butter, then garnish the dish with the oil, parsley and roasted sunflower seeds
