  • Water1× tablespoon (10 ml)

How to make Skyr Pizza à la Capricciosa

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. 2. Mix the flour (without one tablespoon), skyr, salt, and baking powder, then knead and form a ball. Roll out the dough, using the remaining flour for dusting.

  3. 3. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. 4. Mix the tomato paste with water and spread it on the dough.

  5. 5. Slice the mozzarella and mushrooms, and cut the ham into strips. Arrange the ingredients on the dough.

  6. 6. Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes. If a bubble forms during baking, prick it.

  7. 7. Before serving, sprinkle with oregano.
