  • Tomatoes cherry4× piece (80 g)
  • Tomato concentrate2× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Water1× tablespoon (10 ml)
  • Arugula0.5× cup (10 g)
  • Baking powder1× teaspoon (4 g)
  • Oregano, dried, ground1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)

How to make Skyr pizza with rocket, cherry tomatoes, and parma ham

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. 2. Knead the flour (minus one spoonful), skyr, salt, and baking powder and form into a ball. Roll out the dough, sprinkling with the remaining flour.

  3. 3. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  4. 4. Mix the tomato concentrate with water and spread it over the dough.

  5. 5. Slice the mozzarella and place on the dough.

  6. 6. Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes. If a bubble forms during baking, pierce it.

  7. 7. After taking it out, sprinkle with oregano, top with rocket, halved cherry tomatoes, and slices of Parma ham.
