How to make Spinach, asparagus, radish and smoked salmon salad

  1. 1. Wash the spinach and put it in a pan. Drizzle with half the olive oil and the lemon juice, then mix together.

  2. 2. Wash the asparagus spears, cut off the hard ends and slice into 5 cm pieces, then grill in the remaining oil for 5-7 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3. Arrange the asparagus, cocktail tomato halves, very thinly sliced radish and salmon divided into small pieces on top of the spinach.

  4. 4. Garnish the whole with fresh chopped dill.
