How to make Steamed fish roulades with spinach, with potatoes

  1. 1. Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper

  2. 2. Fry the spinach in a pan, adding the pressed garlic and butter

  3. 3. Coat the fish in spinach paste and roll into roulades, then wrap in aluminium foil

  4. 4. Transfer to a steamer or pan suitable for steaming, and cook for approx. 20-25 minutes

  5. 5. Serve with potatoes
