  • Cod2× piece (200 g)
  • Beetroot105 g
  • Carrot2× piece (100 g)
  • Natural yoghurt3× tablespoon (75 g)
  • Mayonnaise1× tablespoon (25 g)
  • Lemon2× slice (20 g)
  • Dill, fresh4× teaspoon (12 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Steamed vegetables with cod

  1. 1. Wash all the vegetables. Wash and dice the beetroot into medium pieces. Divide the cauliflower into florets. Peel the carrots and cut into 5 cm thick slices.

  2. 2. Wash the cod, gently dry with paper towels, and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

  3. 3. Steam both the vegetables and the cod - first the vegetables (around 10 min.), and then the cod (around 5 min), as it takes much less time.

  4. 4. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise and freshly chopped dill together in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste if required. If you prefer a more distinctive flavour, add garlic too.

  5. 5. Serve the vegetables covered with the sauce along with the fish.
