How to make Stewed potatoes with parsley pesto

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water for about 5 minutes.

  2. 2. While they are boiling, bland the parsley, cheese and garlic. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

  3. 3. Fry the onion in olive oil.

  4. 4. Thinly slice the partially boiled potatoes and add to the onion, pour on a little water. Stew together for around 8 minutes.

  5. 5. When the vegetables are soft, mix them with the sauce prepared.
