  • Hummus2× teaspoon (20 g)
  • Olive oil2× tablespoon (20 g)

  • Arugula0.5× cup (10 g)
  • Corn starch1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Soy sauce1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Erythritol1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Sweet paprika5× pinch (5 g)
  • Water1× teaspoon (5 ml)

How to make Tofu burgers with hummus and vegetables

  1. 1. Slice the cucumber.

  2. 2. Prepare the tofu patties. On a flat plate, pour soy sauce, erythritol, water, and sweet paprika. Mix well.

  3. 3. Pat the tofu dry with a towel. Place it in the plate with the marinade, making sure to coat both sides of the tofu. Let the tofu marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  4. 4. Place corn flour on another plate, lay the marinated tofu on it, and press firmly on both sides.

  5. 5. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the tofu for about 2-3 minutes on each side.

  6. 6. In the same pan used for the tofu, warm the halved bun to soak up the remaining marinade.

  7. 7. Spread hummus on the bun, then layer with the tofu, sun-dried tomatoes, cucumber slices, and arugula, and top with the other half of the bun.
