How to make Tropical Smoothie Bowl

  1. 1. Peel the fruits, then cut the mango into cubes and the banana and kiwi into slices. Set aside a few mango cubes and 1/4 of the kiwi for decoration at the end.

  2. 2. Put the fruits, chia seeds, water, and coconut milk into a blender and blend.

  3. 3. Transfer the smoothie into a bowl and let it sit for about 15 minutes to thicken slightly from the chia seeds.

  4. 4. Decorate the smoothie with the reserved mango, kiwi, and muesli.
