  • Cauliflower, fresh or frozen3× floret (150 g)
  • Turkey fillet60 g
  • Tomato3× slice (60 g)
  • Natural yoghurt3× teaspoon (36 g)
  • Onion3× slice (30 g)
  • Lemon1× slice (10 g)
  • Basil, fresh1× leaf (3 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Rosemary, dried2× pinch (2 g)
  • Provencal herbs2× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Turkey and cauliflower salad

  1. 1. Dice the meat and sprinkle it with pepper and Provençal herbs. Pour boiling water over and let boil

  2. 2. Divide the cauliflower into smaller pieces and boil or steam it

  3. 3. Blanch, peel and spice the tomatoes

  4. 4. Chop the onion

  5. 5. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour on yoghurt

  6. 6. Season with basil and rosemary. Sprinkle with lemon juice
