How to make Turkey goulash with leek, carrot and potatoes

  1. 1. Cut the vegetables into discs and fry in the heated oil. Boil the potatoes

  2. 2. Add the water to the vegetables, along with salt, pepper and Provençal herbs, and stew for 15 minutes

  3. 3. Slice and fry the meat, then add it to the vegetables and stew for another 15 minutes

  4. 4. Finally add the yoghurt

  5. 5. Serve with boiled potatoes
