How to make Turkey meatballs with potatoes and grated carrot

  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in lightly salted water.

  2. 2. Chop the meat (or use mince), sprinkle with salt and pepper, add the beaten egg and bran, form into meatballs.

  3. 3. Place the meat in a pan with (half) the oil, fry for 2-3 minutes per side.
