How to make Turkey with mushrooms, peppers and groats

  1. 1. Dice the turkey meat, rub half of the oil into it and season with salt, pepper and Provençal herbs. Pour on a little boiling water, then add the laurel leaf and boil

  2. 2. Chop the mushrooms, carrot and pepper, then put them in heated oil with the chopped garlic and fry. Add them to the meat, then stew for a few more minutes

  3. 3. Serve the finished dish with the boiled groats
