How to make Vegetable and poultry soup

  1. 1. Chop all the vegetables and put them in boiling water along with the rice. Boil the rice and vegetables until soft

  2. 2. Dice the meat and add it to the boiling vegetables and rice.

  3. 3. Add a laurel leaf, a little salt, some pepper and ginger

  4. 4. When the soup is ready, sprinkle it with chopped parsley
